We are looking for a highly motivated VP Marketing (Reporting to the CRO)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy, including branding, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Lead a talented marketing team and provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Drive demand generation initiatives, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across all customer touchpoints.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure marketing effectiveness, track ROI, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and prioritize initiatives based on business goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven 8-10 years’ experience in a VP marketing leadership role within the SaaS industry, preferably in the betting or gaming sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, methodologies, and best practices, with expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and brand management.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
