Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product roadmap aligning with LSports' overall business strategy and industry trends in sports data and betting.
  • Lead key initiatives yourself from concept ideation to release: perform research, develop requirements, define action plan, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage a team of 3 product managers. Enable them to successfully define, plan and execute product roadmaps and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and data science teams to integrate advanced data collection methods, improve system scalability, and support reliable data coverage.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including data engineers, product designers, and development teams across Israel and Poland, to prioritize features and optimize workflows.
  • Engage with customers to understand their unique requirements and challenges, translating insights into product enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in every aspect of product management while contributing to a strong product community at LSports.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management roles in B2B companies.
  • 3+ years of experience in team management.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders and experience presenting to senior executives.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with large-scale data stream products - advantage.
