We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collection Specialist to join our Finance Department. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing incoming payments, issuing invoices, and ensuring timely collections from our customer base. You will also collaborate closely with our Sales Team to address billing inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Payment Processing: Accurately record and reconcile incoming payments in the financial system.
• Invoice Management: Generate and issue invoices for new and existing customers, ensuring all billing information is correct and delivered promptly.
• Collections: Conduct regular follow ups to secure on time payments, proactively resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
• Goal Achievement: Increase overall collection rate and ensure 100% follow-up on overdue payments.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Sales Team to address billing questions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Client Relationship Building: Foster and maintain a positive business relationship with clients to encourage timely payments and ongoing goodwill.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and partner with internal teams to implement best practices in billing and collections.
