Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Develop product strategy with clear positioning
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Drive product launches including working with relevant stockholders in the company and other product management team members.
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
  • Represent the company by presenting company products and services to customers

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2C product management; B2B experience is a plus
  • Experience in leading the product vision and strategy for Al based product - an advantage
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, UX/Ul) and external stakeholders (customers, partners) to ensure the successful delivery of solutions
  • Prioritize product features based on customer needs and business goals
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communications across departments (Sales, Customer support)
  • Define KPis and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
  • Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for optimization and future innovation
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities and define product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
